Rates and timings are quoted per order rather than published, because tile freight depends heavily on weight, volume and destination. Message us for a figure.

Where we deliver

Throughout Pakistan, and internationally by arrangement. Send us the quantity and the destination and we will price the freight with your quotation.

Cost

Delivery is quoted per order on weight, volume and destination. Tile is heavy, so freight is usually a meaningful share of the cost on a small order and a much smaller share on a large one — worth factoring in when you compare quantities.

Timing

Dispatch follows production, so the lead time confirmed with your quotation is the figure that matters most — see Terms. Transit within Pakistan is quick relative to production; international shipments are quoted and scheduled individually.

Samples

We send samples by courier so you can see the colour, surface and weight in your own light before committing. Tell us the pattern or collection you are considering and we will confirm what we can send and any charge for it.

Receiving your delivery

Tile ships palletised and shrink-wrapped. Please check the pallet before signing: count the boxes, and photograph any damage to the wrapping or corners before unwrapping. Tell us about shortages or breakage before installation begins — once tiles are laid, a claim is much harder to resolve.

Order a margin over your measured area to cover cuts, wastage and future repairs. Rerunning a small batch later rarely matches an earlier one exactly, so the spare tiles are worth having.
